Nordic walking technique was developed by the Finnish cross-country skiing team to train during the summer months.

In York it is used for health, wellbeing, rehab & to lose weight


 Come and socialise in the great outdoors and meet with friends; both old and new.

One-on-one sessions can be arranged depending on your needs, and tailored to lose weight or to improve any aspect of physical or mental wellbeing; right here in York. 

Michelle Showing Techniques

 Michelle specialises in green physical activity outdoors and its mental health & well-being benefits. She has a special interest to help people to lose weight and is currently studying a course in nutrition here in York.
